Big, beautiful eyes are amazingly easy to attain. A few strokes of the makeup brush, a touch of eyeliner and a little mascara and you can have eyes that you, and everyone else, won't be able to stop admiring. This article includes some simple tricks to make your eyes look large and luminous.

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
On the outer corner of your eyelid, staying below the crease, apply the darkest shade of eyeshadow about one-third of the way across to form a small triangle. Do the same technique starting at the inner corner of your eye. You should have a bare stripe down the center of your eyelid between the two triangles. Repeat on the opposite eye.
Step2
In the bare stripe, apply the medium shade of eyeshadow from just above the crease all the way down to the lash line. The medium shade should be at least two shades lighter than the dark shade. The idea is to catch the light on the center of your eye, which will make it look bigger. Repeat on the opposite eye.
Step3
Along the eyebrow, beginning just behind the "head" or thick part of the eyebrow, apply the highlighting eyeshadow along the browbone. Repeat on the opposite eye.
Step4
Using your ring finger, gently blend the edge of the highlighting eyeshadow so there is no marked line. Then, still using your ring finger, gently blend the edges of the dark eyeshadow and the medium eyeshadow where they meet. Be careful not to remove too much eyeshadow; the idea is simply to erase any lines between the colors. Repeat on the opposite eye.
Step5
With one hand, use your ring finger just above the center of your eyebrow to pull the skin on your eyelid taught. Carefully apply a thin line of liquid eyeliner as close to the lashline as possible. Repeat on the opposite eye.
Step6
Use the eyelash curler before applying mascara. Place the curler against your eye, with the lashes between the clamps. Gently close the curler, being careful that no skin gets pinched in the clamps. After the curler is closed, apply more pressure and hold for five seconds. Release and repeat on the opposite eye.
Step7
Twirl, but don't pump, the mascara wand inside the tube to fill it with mascara. Hold the mascara wand to your eye and gently close your eyelashes over the wand, raking them through the wand's brush several times to apply the mascara. Gently run the brush across your lower lashes. Add a second coat of mascara for a more dramatic impact and the appearance of even bigger eyes.

Does your hair need a boost? Tired of those tired, flat tresses? Here's how to get that big, sexy look.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Volume Shampoo
  • Volume Conditioner
  • Hairdryer
  • Volume Hairspray
  • Small tooth comb
1
WASH: Wash and condition your hair with a volumizing shampoo and conditioner. I use Pantene Sheer Volume. You can use any brand you wish, they all work similar.
Step2
DRY: Towel dry your hair, then blow hair dry with a hair dryer. Flip head upside down to dry, this allows the hair to lift at the roots. When your done drying, keep head flipped, and turn hair dryer to cold setting and aim at roots to cool them.
Step3
PUMP THE ROOTS: When you flip head up, pull up sections of hair where you want volume. Lightly tease the hair at the root, spray teased section with volumizing hairspray, then blow-dry that section on medium heat setting.
Step4
FINISHING TOUCH: When you are done teasing and spraying, lightly brush over the teased areas, so that there are no bumps in your hair. Don't brush too hard or you will brush out the volume. Style as desired and you're ready to go!

How to be a Good Girlfriend

Learn how to be a better girlfriend. What does it take to please your man. With these simple steps you will be on your way to becoming a better girlfriend.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Yourself
  • Self-Control
  • Patience

Step1
Realize the fact that you are a woman and have emotions. If you are still in your teens, you should consider not having a boyfriend. Reason being you are still trying to figure yourself out, and having a boyfriend only complicates things. Focus on education, career and money first.
Step2
On a piece of paper, make a list of all of your good qualities and then a list of all your bad qualities. Be totally honest and don't cheat. We are all human and have bad qualities one way or another so write down everything.
Step3
Look at the list of good qualities and see if you can start applying them to your relationship more often. So for example, if one of your good qualities is you are a good cook, start cooking for him more often. If one of your good qualities is that you are affectionate, make sure he knows.
Step4
Now look at the list of bad qualities. Look deep into your up-bringing and/or past relationships and try to discover why you have these bad qualities. If one of your bad qualities is that you get annoyed easily, is it really your boyfriend that bugs you, or is it just some trait that you associate to something else in your past? If you are always late and consider yourself a flake, get a watch and start being on time. Try to come up with creative solutions to the things you are bad at.
Step5
Sit with your boyfriend and have him also make a list. Do the same thing with the two columns and have him make a list of your good and bad qualities. Compare the list and see if they are the same. If you see things on your list that are not on his, he is either being dishonest to protect you, or it's not something that bothers him. It also may be that you are just being too hard on yourself and think that you are causing problems when you are not.
Step6
Based on the items he has on his list, make a real effort to fix the bad qualities that he sees in you. Whether you stay together with this guy or not, this may be a chance for you to improve yourself all together.

Dying to be a "Twilight" vampire? You can look like one for the movie opening today. The movie, from the novel by Stephenie Meyer, tells the story of vampires who stray from the typical stereotype. "Twilight" vampires are beautiful, angelic creatures with colorful eyes and a body scent which attracts their human prey. If you would like to look like a "Twilight" vampire, here are a few simple tips to get your started.

1-Wear colored contacts if possible, as "Twilight" vampires have glowing, colored eyes. Vegetarian "Twilight" vampires have golden eyes  while regular vampires have burgundy eyes.

2-Use a foundation on your skin which is about two shades lighter than your natural skin tone. Work the foundation into your skin with  circular motions, covering your ears and neck as well for a blended, natural look. "Twilight" vampires have light almost glowing skin, so you  might consider a foundation which is designed to reflect light. These are often called "luminance," "sheer" or "brilliance."

3-Apply lavender eyeliner and eyeshadow topping it off with a light layer of black mascara. Make sure that you apply a line of lavender  under the eye as well to top off your "Twilight" vampire look. Finish your makeup with a blood red lipstick.

4-Dress simply, but dark. You can choose jeans and long sleeved t-shirts or simple skirts with blouses as long as the colors are deep  purples, dark reds or blacks. "Twilight" vampires do not typically dress in extravagant vampire garb as they blend in well with humans, but  dark colors are always preferable.

5-Select very small fake fangs if your choose to wear them. Many "Twilight" vampires do not have fangs, so they are not necessary to  complete your look. Those who do have them only have small, delicate fangs which are difficult to spot. Keep your look subtle if you  choose  a pair of false fangs.

Lindsay Lohan always manages to look glamorous on and off the red carpet. She has a very youthful and radiant glow about her that exudes confidence. Follow the tips below given by makeup experts to wear makeup like Lindsay Lohan, and look fresh and trendy as a result.

Things You’ll Need:

  • Makeup brushes
  • Sheer light pink eye shadow
  • Pink blush
  • Sheer foundation
  • Black eyeliner
  • Black mascara
  • Pink or rosy sheer lipstick
  • Makeup sponge
  • Bronzer

1-Wear the right foundation. If you have naturally beautiful skin and a clearcomplexion use a tinted moisturizer; otherwise, use a light and   sheer foundation. Apply it with a sponger for even coverage.

2-Apply a light pink or rosy blush. Sweep it on with a large brush from the center of your cheeks all the way to your hairline, right over the  natural cheekbone.

3-Use a sheer pearl or pink eye shadow over the entire eyelid, from the lash line to the brow, dusting some on the inner corner of the eye to  open it up. Apply a neutral shade to the crease of the eye for depth, and use a highlighting color on the brow bone to draw attention to the  eye.

4-Line the eyes with a thin line very close to the lashes on top and bottom with black eyeliner. Only line the outer three quarters of the eye,  and blend with your fingertip or an angled brush. Apply volumizing and thickening black mascara to the top and bottom lashes.

5-Skip lip liner, which does not look Lindsay Lohan-youthful, and go straight to applying the lipstick. Use a pink or rosy color that is sheer  and luminescent, not flat and opaque.

6-Use a bronzer on the face, chest and even arms to add a healthy, sunny glow. Apply lightly to the forehead, nose, chin and apples of the  cheeks where the sun would naturally hit first. Contour arm muscles and cleavage using the bronzer in the creases for a shadow.

How to Look Like Audrey Hepburn

Elegant, classic, sophisticated--so often people use these words to describe style icon and screen legend, Audrey Hepburn. Ironically, Audrey Hepburn's chic, minimalist style is often the most difficult to copy, simply because her look was so effortless. There is hope, however. Audrey herself once claimed that her style is attainable, and the following steps can help guide you toward achieving your own Audrey Hepburn aura.

Step1
Recreate Audrey's wide-eyed look with makeup. Line your upper lash with black liquid eyeliner; gradually thicken the line as you approach the outer corner of the eye. Apply a shimmery dab of white shadow to the inner corner of the eyelid.
Step2
Style your hair in a classic up-do if it’s long, as Audrey did for her most memorable role in "Breakfast at Tiffany's." If you have short hair, choose a pixie-cut with an extreme side part to recreate Audrey's look in the film "Wait Until Dark." Also add some short fringe or bangs to accentuate your eyes.
Step3
Wear capris. To imitate Audrey best, choose slim-fit capris paired with ballet flats, which Audrey wore in the film "Sabrina."
Step4
Opt for boatnecks on tops and dresses. Audrey first popularized this just-below-the-collarbone look with the Givenchy-designed dresses she wore in her film, "Sabrina." Nowadays, the neckline has become eponymous with the film and is still available by Givenchy and other designers.
Step5
Maintain good posture. Although she may have looked petite onscreen, Audrey was actually a tall 5 foot 7 inches, which she played up by maintaining a dignified, almost regal posture.
Step6
Study dance to achieve Audrey's graceful onscreen movements. Audrey was formally trained in dance and initially planned to become a prima-ballerina; however, she soon found that acting was a more lucrative career choice. Still, the refined sense of balance and grace she achieved through dance contributed to Audrey's acting presence.
Step7
Remember the three S's--simple, sophisticated and sleek.
